Absolutely — that's the point. Our warehouse at Santa Rosa Weg 73, Willemstad is where the stock lives. Message us on WhatsApp with the pieces you'd like to see, and we'll pull them out, plug them in, and meet you there.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes. Because the warehouse isn't a walk-in shop, we coordinate visits by WhatsApp or phone. This way someone's actually there to meet you and the pieces you want to see are ready.

Can you recommend pieces before I come by?

That's how most of our conversations start. Send us the room (a photo helps), your budget, and the mood you're after. We'll put a short list together before you make the trip.

How do I order?

Browse the site, build an inspiration list, and WhatsApp or email it over. We confirm availability, lead time, and final price, then arrange payment and delivery.

Do you deliver across Curaçao?

Yes. Island-wide delivery is included on most orders; oversized or fragile pieces may carry a handling fee, which we'll always confirm in writing first.

Can I ship outside Curaçao?

We ship internationally on request. Because lighting is fragile and often oversized, we prefer to quote shipping individually — send us your address and the pieces you're considering.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and cash on collection at the warehouse. For larger orders we can arrange staged payments — just ask.

Can I reserve a piece before it arrives?

Yes. A deposit secures the piece against the next incoming shipment. Lead times vary by manufacturer — we'll give you a realistic window when you order.

What warranty do you offer?

Every piece comes with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Keep your invoice — that's your proof of purchase. Damage from misuse, incorrect voltage, or unauthorised repair isn't covered.

Can I return a lamp?

Unused, undamaged pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Custom orders and installed fixtures are final sale.

How do I clean and care for my lamps?

Accepted Answer

For most finishes: a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid solvents, abrasives, and direct water. Specific materials — brass, alabaster, hand-blown glass — have their own care notes, which we include with the piece.

Do you install?

Yes. We install every fixture we sell, from a single pendant to a full-home scheme, and we'll coordinate with your electrician if you already have one.

I need a replacement bulb or part.

We stock spares for every family we carry. Send us a photo of the old part or the product name and we'll match it before you come by.
